Client Responsibilities

  • Make payments according to agreed schedules

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect timelines.

Payments

Intellectual Property

Website Maintenance

Clients are responsible for maintaining website credentials, hosting accounts, and domain registrations unless maintenance services are included within a separate agreement.

Limitation Of Liability

DevNoat shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices, DevNoat cannot guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings

  • Traffic volumes

  • Lead generation numbers

  • Advertising performance results

Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions and search engine algorithm changes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.

Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable according to agreed terms.

Modifications

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
